Withdrawing consent to use electronic documents
You may withdraw your consent to have the documents and disclosures provided in electronic form. If you do not complete your loan application by pressing the "Submit Application" button, your consent will be withdrawn automatically, and your application will not be processed.
If you have completed your loan application and pressed the "Submit Application" button, then you must contact us at 1-866-550-4352 or via email at info@dontbebroke.com to withdraw your consent. Your withdrawal request will be effective after we receive your message and have had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Your withdrawal request will not affect any loan application you submitted prior to your request. However, you will not be able to take out future loans with us using this website unless you again provide us with your consent.
If you have previously withdrawn your consent, but now wish to receive electronic documents and disclosures, simply complete a new loan application.
